In 2019, he began working at County Line Smokehouse with the same partnership group responsible for opening several well-known local establishments, including The Anchor, The Pizza Joint, and Elevation 89 at the Ocala Airport. Through this collaboration, he became closely involved with the development and growth of these restaurants, helping to shape their culinary direction and overall dining experience.
He has served as the executive chef at Elevation 89 since the restaurant first opened its doors in October 2021. In this role, Jeremy was given complete creative freedom to design and develop the menu from the ground up, allowing him to showcase his skills, experience, and personal culinary style. With the flexibility to experiment and innovate, he has crafted dishes that reflect both his professional expertise and his passion for bold, approachable flavors, making Elevation 89 a true reflection of his strengths as a chef and placing him firmly in his professional wheelhouse.
